Picture making breads the way they have been for thousands of years…by hand. You’re working hard already, and it’s only 5:15 am. You’ve learned to multi-task in ways you never thought possible. The clock is your master, as the sweets, breads and other products have to be timed exactly every day.
Sound demanding? It is. Sound impossible? It’s not, you will be trained to do all of the above—and much more—every day. You’ll be a team member, and learn a lot, and will be expected to take responsibility for what you’ve been trained to do. You can’t get this training anywhere else, so no experience baking or making baked goods is required…full, paid training will be provided for the right applicant. This position is perfect for college students or others who want to work 20-30 hours each week, and for whom the position’s early morning hours would give you the rest of the day to attend school or enjoy shopping, running errands, or spending time with friends or family. The work times are either 4 or 5 days a week, 6 to 8 hours each work day, and start as early as 4am. Even though this is a part-time position, it does come with some benefits such as paid training, free baked goods to take home to your family, free lunch, advancement potential in both pay and responsibility.
Requirements: A great work ethic is essential, as well as the ability to read and follow intricate recipes and calculate weights and amounts for different batch sizes. You must also be physically able to lift and carry at least 60lbs, and load and stock ingredients.If you're smart, a fast learner, can focus and get the job done and are dependable…we're looking for you!
